This role involves working on core systems for major finance, securities, and insurance companies in the Kansai area (Osaka, Hyogo). You will be involved in the entire lifecycle from requirements definition and basic design to development, maintenance, and migration projects to Java and cloud environments, including project management.
Must-haves
- Experience with COBOL
- Experience in the finance, securities, or insurance domain
- Experience in requirements definition and basic design
- Experience with JCL, IBM Db2, IMS, or Oracle
- Willingness to work onsite in the Kansai area (Osaka, Hyogo)

- Experience with Java or cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
- Experience with database design and tuning
- Experience as a Project Leader or Project Manager
