This role involves IT strategy formulation based on management and business challenges, requirement definition in the upstream phase, business process re-engineering (BPR), system selection, and overall project management (PMO/control). You will act as a navigator (IT Consultant/PMO) for top management and business leaders at major manufacturers, financial institutions, and infrastructure companies, primarily in the Kansai area (Osaka/Hyogo), focusing on company-wide generative AI implementation, core system (ERP) renewal, and cloud migration.
Must-haves
- Experience in IT strategy formulation, business process re-engineering (BPR), package implementation (e.g., SAP/Salesforce), or architecture renewal.
- Experience with management and technical management (Project Manager/Project Leader).
- Must be able to work onsite in the Kansai area (Osaka/Hyogo) for some projects, though remote is possible for others.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with PMBOK and other frameworks (SWOT, 3C, etc.).
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, Slack, Teams, Zoom.
- Experience in large-scale projects (billions of yen) involving corporate management infrastructure renewal.
- Experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE).
- Experience as a Generative AI Specialist (AI Consultant).
- Experience in M&A and new business ventures, including IT due diligence.
