TOMORROWGATE is recruiting new graduate Frontend Engineers to help build websites that drive results. Engineers participate in concept development, planning, and coding for corporate and recruiting sites, focusing on information architecture, design, and engineering to solve client issues and improve conversions.
Onsite in Osaka. Offers full flextime, flextime (10:00-15:00 core time), or work-life balance (9:00-18:30, no overtime) systems. First-year new graduates can choose between flextime or work-life balance.
Monthly Salary: ¥250,000 (includes ¥5,000 uniform lunch allowance). Fixed overtime system covers 30 hours/month. Performance-based bonus once a year. Salary increase once a year. Various allowances available (commuting, housing, etc.). Probationary period: 6 months.
