Seeking a CTO/VPoE to lead technology strategy for expanding "Gai-shi Shokatsu" assets into FinTech, matchmaking, travel, and AI. You will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for the entire development organization, focusing on system design and policy setting.
Must-haves
- Experience managing development organizations of 2 tiers or more (Manager level or above)
- Cost responsibility experience (personnel, outsourcing, infrastructure costs)
- Experience forming an organization from scratch or transforming an existing one in a startup (Series B or later) to a listed company
- Passion to continue raising the flag of change without fear of friction even in difficult situations
Nice-to-haves
- Experience making decisions on product roadmaps and technical debt trade-offs from a business perspective
- Experience prioritizing development with a focus on sales and KPIs, able to converse with business departments on equal footing
- Development experience in AI products and data utilization (e.g., incorporating Generative AI/LLM into products)
- Experience as a technical lead in LIFE platform related domains (FinTech, matchmaking, travel, etc.)
