We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to design and implement new features across our products and services. You will lead technical decision-making, drive architectural improvements, and collaborate with R&D, Business Development, and external partners to deliver features end-to-end.
Must-haves
- Experience leading engineering teams or projects
- 3-5+ years of work experience in software development
- Experience using GitHub
- Experience with CI/CD
- Business-level English
Nice-to-haves
- Knowledge and skills in machine learning techniques
- Experience in using satellite data, geospatial data, GIS tools, etc.
- Experience running or participating in data science competitions (e.g., Solafune, Kaggle)
- Experience in working outside of your area of expertise (UI / UX design, PM)
