Marui Group is seeking members to manage their DB infrastructure, focusing on Oracle Database. You will be responsible for the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of the database foundation that supports the group's critical systems, promoting operations and improvements with consideration for stability, performance, availability, and security.
Must-haves
- Experience with Oracle Database design, construction, operation, and maintenance
- Experience with backup/restore, RMAN operation, and incident response
- Experience with performance analysis and tuning (SQL, AWR, ASH, etc.)
- Experience with patch application, version upgrades, and migration tasks
- Experience designing and operating high-availability configurations using Data Guard
- Experience coordinating with development departments and vendors, and providing technical support
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with cloud migration and DB modernization
- Experience supporting a wide range of businesses such as retail and fintech
