TOKIUM is launching a new business called "Accounting AI Agent" to drive accounting DX. This role involves designing and executing the overall service, combining AI, human BPO staff, and software to complete accounting tasks for clients. You will be responsible for defining the scope of AI and human involvement, identifying new areas for AI agents, and ensuring the service is viable as a business.
Must-haves
- 1+ year of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role (e.g., Business Owner, Business Development)
- 1+ year of experience collaborating with and managing engineering teams/projects
- Strong communication and proposal skills, with the ability to collaborate smoothly with business stakeholders
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with PoC/prototype development using the latest LLM/Generative AI APIs
- Experience in system development from requirements definition to project management
- Experience in UI/UX design for web and business systems
