As a Tech Lead candidate for the domestic or inbound business, you will collaborate with Product Managers, designers, and other stakeholders to develop products. After understanding the business and technology, you will lead product development.
Must-haves
- 2+ years of backend experience AND 2+ years of frontend experience, with at least 5 years in one of them.
- 6+ months of Go experience (or other statically typed languages).
- 1+ year of TypeScript experience.
- 2+ years of React or Vue experience.
- Experience building and operating cloud infrastructure.
- Experience in team development using Scrum.
- Ability to conduct smooth team development on GitHub.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience selecting and operating technology.
- Experience establishing internal training systems (mentorship, curriculum).
- Experience designing and operating large-scale systems.

Work style
Hybrid: Must be able to commute to the Tokyo office 2 days a week. Full-time (160h/month). Must be available for communication during core hours, including a daily team meeting at 9:45.

Contract position. Salary: 800,000 - 1,000,000 JPY/month. Transportation expenses fully covered.
