Promote proof-of-concept (PoC) for DX projects within Sumitomo Corporation and its group companies. You will develop web and mobile applications, backend systems for data analysis, and select technologies for new business planning. Through OJT, you will acquire fundamental skills and become a key member involved in driving projects from an early stage.
Hybrid work (recommendation to come to the office twice a week, but remote work is possible depending on the task). Full flextime system with no core hours (flexible hours: 5:00 - 22:00). Location: Otemachi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. Free use of affiliated satellite offices (120 locations nationwide). Workation system available.
Annual salary: 5 million to 8 million JPY. Includes base salary, fixed overtime allowance (up to 40 hours/month), and a 4-month bonus. Trial period: 3 months.
