The Infrastructure Department is seeking a Lead Engineer to design, build, and improve large-scale hybrid infrastructure environments supporting over 2,000 servers across more than 20 DMM.com services. This role involves managing shared infrastructure for web, payment, and member systems.
Must-haves
- Experience designing, building, and operating Linux servers
- Practical experience in improving efficiency through automation and systemization
- Over 5 years of system operation experience, including improving existing systems and migrating to new architectures
- Basic knowledge of networking, including understanding and configuring routing
Nice-to-haves
- Experience building and operating EC systems
- Experience building and operating database servers (especially with redundant configurations and performance optimization)
- Team or project leadership experience
- Experience managing system configurations with tools like Ansible
- Experience building and operating various open-source middleware
