The Technical PR & Engineer Relations Representative will be responsible for promoting the engineering organization both internally and externally through events and information dissemination. This role involves planning and improving initiatives to foster technical culture and drive organizational growth.
Must-haves
- Experience planning, operating, and MCing internal and external events.
- Experience planning, sponsoring, and supporting speakers for external events and conferences.
- Basic documentation and presentation material creation skills (Google Slides, Notion, etc.).
- Must work onsite at least 3 days a week in Tokyo.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in engineer organizations or similar event planning/operation roles.
- Experience planning technical branding strategies.
- Experience managing technical blogs, books, or knowledge dissemination.
- Basic understanding of development tools like GitHub and Slack.
- Understanding of content tools like WordPress.
- Experience in DevRel, Developer Experience, or engineer culture-related work.
- Business-level Korean (reading, writing, conversation) - AI translation tools can be used.

Work style
Hybrid work is possible, with a minimum of 3 days onsite per week in Tokyo. Flexible working hours (7:00-20:00) with core hours from 11:00-16:00.
Other notes
Salary range: 4,500,000 - 8,000,000 JPY per year. Includes 45 hours of fixed overtime allowance per month, with additional overtime paid separately. Evaluation twice a year, promotion/demotion once a year.
