ENSAPIA Engineering is seeking a Server-Side Engineer for their Fukuoka office. This role involves designing, developing, and operating web applications using frameworks, with an emphasis on independent problem-solving from an engineering perspective.
Hybrid work: office attendance is generally required at least 3 days per week. Flexible time system with core hours from 10:00 to 16:00. Work location is Fukuoka, but may change to a location designated by the company, including telework locations.
Salary range: 4,000,000 - 8,000,000 JPY per year. Includes 45 hours of fixed overtime allowance per month. Additional overtime and late-night work will be compensated separately. Evaluation twice a year, with promotion/demotion opportunities once a year.
