As a Data Analyst at kubell, you will leverage data to maximize business strategy success. You will monitor business KPIs, support decision-making with data analysis, and drive business growth for "Chatwork" and other group businesses.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of practical experience in data analytics or related fields.
- Experience in team development and collaboration with other departments.
- Practical experience in analytics engineering, including data mart development and data modeling.
- Proven experience contributing to service improvement or business results (KGI/KPI) through the application of analysis results or developed models.
- 3+ years of practical SQL experience.
- Experience processing large datasets.
- Practical experience with cloud data warehouses (AWS, GCP, Snowflake, TreasureData).
- Practical experience using version control tools like Git.
- Logical communication skills.
- Proactive attitude to identify problems and propose/execute solutions.
- Willingness to understand business context and solve problems through data analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with complex query creation (JOIN, subqueries, window functions, CTEs).
- Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.).
- Experience designing, developing, and operating dashboards.
- Experience with data modeling tools like dbt.
- Experience with big data processing using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
