Chatwork is seeking a Senior Product Data Analyst to drive product strategy and business growth through data analysis and AI utilization. You will structure and verbalize key issues for Chatwork's business expansion and contribute to decision-making, while also building and promoting internal data utilization with AI.
Must-haves
- 5+ years of practical experience in product analysis for SaaS or consumer products
- 3+ years of experience in complex data processing and analysis using SQL, Python, R
- Experience proposing data-driven recommendations to business leaders and influencing decisions
- Experience independently designing and promoting analysis scope and metric definitions by breaking down ambiguous business challenges into analytical questions
- Experience keeping up with the latest AI trends and applying them to tasks
- Experience building data infrastructure using tools like dbt
Nice-to-haves
- Experience structuring business logic and domain knowledge for AI/BI tools (e.g., building/operating semantic layers like Snowflake Semantic Views, dbt Semantic Layer)
- 2+ years of experience building dashboards with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Exploratory
