As a QA Engineer for the new BPaaS business, you will play a central role in ensuring the quality of new products. You will be responsible for the entire QA process, from test strategy planning to execution and defect management, working closely with Product Managers, developers, and designers.
Must-haves
- Experience in test planning, analysis, design, execution, and defect management.
- Experience in quality analysis and improvement.
- Experience leading a test team (training, setup, managing outsourced teams).
- JSTQB Foundation Level certification or equivalent testing knowledge.
- Ability to autonomously use AI tools to improve productivity.
- Ability to integrate AI into editor/IDE for code completion and generation.
- Understanding of generative AI basics and ability to improve prompts.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with software testing for web applications.
- Experience with software testing in agile development.
- Experience with test automation.
- Experience introducing and operating various test tools.
- Experience in development and QA using generative AI.
- JSTQB Advanced Level certification or equivalent testing knowledge.
