Kubell is seeking a Full-stack Engineer to join their rapidly growing BPaaS (Business Process as a Service) division. This role involves developing new features, optimizing existing systems, and strengthening observability from an SRE perspective, contributing to both the stability and expansion of the product.
Must-haves
- Ability to integrate AI into editors/IDEs for code completion and generation, understanding prompt improvement.
- Experience in designing, developing, and operating web applications (commercial or business systems).
- Implementation experience from web front-end to back-end.
- Experience in API and DB design, with knowledge of upstream processes like data models.
- Operational experience for system stability, including system monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident response (SRE mindset).
Nice-to-haves
- Front-end and back-end development and operation experience using TypeScript.
- Infrastructure design, construction, and operation experience (especially cloud environments like AWS).
- Practical SRE experience or experience in introducing/improving monitoring tools.
- Experience involved in specification development for B2B products, including business support SaaS.
- Experience driving the re-architecture or refactoring of complex existing systems.

Work style
Hybrid work, with 1 day to 1 month of office attendance per week depending on the department's rules. Location: Tokyo. Flextime system with core hours from 10:00 to 16:00.
