We are seeking System Engineers to join our team. You will be responsible for technical support and engineering tasks related to network, security, or storage products, assisting clients in various industries including public, education, finance, and hospitality.
Must-haves
- Experience in product evaluation, customer proposals, demos, design, verification, and construction.
- Technical support for network solutions for infrastructure clients (government, universities, hotels, stadiums).
- Experience with security products (Thales, Entrust) and supporting clients.
- Experience with storage products (Everpure) including system design, construction, maintenance, and helpdesk.
- Experience in IT infrastructure system and service proposal support.
- Experience in solution and service development.
- Project management experience.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Extreme or Arista network products.
- Experience in the cybersecurity market.
- Experience in developing new solutions and services.
