This position will primarily be responsible for feature development of the rent appraisal service and implementation of the data infrastructure. ■Job Responsibilities You will be responsible for implementing two products: the rent appraisal service (Laravel / PHP) and data infrastructure development (Python). While utilizing Claude Code (MAX plan), you will focus on implementing features, improvements, and enhancing appraisal accuracy. The main theme at this stage is "continuous improvement of appraisal accuracy," and you will be involved in implementing accuracy improvements from the data infrastructure to the product side. Upon joining, you will start with modifying existing features and small backend implementations, gradually expanding your scope of responsibility while receiving reviews.
