CloudSign is seeking a Project Manager to join their Product Development Headquarters. This role focuses on improving development processes for their contract management platform, aiming to create an environment where all product members can concentrate on maximizing customer value. You will lead updates through both systems and culture, driving the achievement of business strategies.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of experience as a primary project manager in software development.
- Experience in team development using Agile (Scrum, etc.).
- Experience managing a team as a Scrum Master or equivalent role.
- Experience organizing points and leading consensus building among stakeholders with different positions, such as development teams and business departments.
Nice-to-haves
- Agile/Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, etc.).
- Systematic project management certifications (PMP, etc.).
- Experience with audit responses for certifications (ISMAP, ISO27001, etc.).
- Experience measuring and improving quantitative development productivity using frameworks like Four Keys or SPACE.
- Experience in process improvement and optimization, particularly hands-on experience supporting adoption.
- Experience as a development team lead or Tech Lead.
- Software engineering development experience.
- SaaS service development and management experience.
