As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) at miive, you will design and implement optimal solutions using miive for enterprise clients' complex business challenges. This role involves collaborating directly with customers, bridging the gap between enterprise business and product development, and feeding insights back into the product.
Must-haves
- 5+ years of experience in web application development and operation.
- Experience in backend API design, DB design, or data integration with external systems for commercial services.
- Experience structuring problems from ambiguous requirements and driving implementation to release.
- Experience leading problem-solving from requirement definition to execution through proactive communication with clients and non-engineers.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience developing with Go.
- Experience designing engineer hiring, evaluation systems, or onboarding processes.
- Experience actively involved in team management and organizational building.
- Experience introducing or improving Scrum or Agile development.
- Desire to enhance team performance through both technical and management skills.

Salary: 7,500,000 - 11,000,000 JPY/year. Includes 45 hours of overtime allowance per month. Stock options available. Side jobs allowed (application required).
