This role involves designing and implementing systems for MDM, EDR, IdP, SaaS account management, and network management from scratch, and managing their daily operations.
Must-haves
- Experience designing and implementing systems for MDM, EDR, IdP, SaaS account management, and network management.
- Ability to organize issues, prioritize, and advance projects in an underdeveloped environment.
- Experience managing macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android devices.
- Experience with SaaS account management, including user provisioning/deprovisioning and access control.
- Experience with network management (office network, Wi-Fi, VPN/Zero Trust).
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with IT governance and audit response.
- Experience with automation tools like Google Apps Script, Zapier, or Make.
- Familiarity with AI tools.
