Work style

Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote. Location: Tokyo (Shibuya). Flexible working hours (no core time, 5:00-13:00 start, 12:00-22:00 end).

Other notes

Annual salary range: 7,000,000 - 12,000,000 JPY. Base monthly salary starts from 500,000 JPY. Bonus twice a year (performance-based). No fixed term of employment. 6-month probation period with no change in conditions. Average monthly overtime within 20 hours. Indoor smoking prohibited.
