We are seeking a Product Engineer (Front-end Team Lead Candidate) to drive planning and development with a user-centric approach, contributing to a society where those supporting social infrastructure are more valued. We expect initiative, planning, and execution skills to decide "what to build and why" for society and users.
Must-haves
- Experience in front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue.js (Nuxt.js)
- Experience proposing and implementing new features and improvements
- Experience in UI/UX design through collaboration with planning and design teams
- Experience in performance improvement and bug fixing for complex systems
- Experience in member development (mentoring and training)
Nice-to-haves
- On-site work experience to discover fundamental issues and gain domain knowledge
- Experience in operations and maintenance
