WealthNavi is building a unified ID platform to support its multi-product growth and integration with Mitsubishi UFJ Group. This role will be a technical lead for the ID platform, focusing on balancing security and convenience for a large customer base.
Must-haves
- 5+ years of web application development experience
- 3+ years of experience with Java/Spring Boot
- Experience as a lead engineer (Tech Lead/TL) guiding a development team
- Strong interest in authentication/authorization technologies (OAuth2, OIDC)
- Willingness to take responsibility for technically challenging missions
Nice-to-haves
- Experience building and operating secure authentication/authorization platforms using IDaaS like Auth0
- Experience completing large-scale ID or complex data integration projects in mixed-system environments
- Experience building/operating modern infrastructure and container environments using AWS (ECS, Aurora, DynamoDB)
- Experience designing/operating flexible and robust data models using NoSQL (e.g., DynamoDB)
- Experience with legacy system analysis, documentation, and re-architecture
- Experience developing products requiring extremely high security and reliability (e.g., FinTech)

Annual salary: ¥8,000,000 - ¥12,000,000. Standard working hours: 8 hours/day. Flextime available (core hours 10:00-16:00). Average monthly overtime: ~20 hours.
