ALTURA X is seeking a QA Engineer to build quality foundations and improve processes for their medical SaaS product, aiming to become a top-tier global company. This role is crucial for ensuring the safety and reliability of a system that supports millions of users and is vital to the healthcare infrastructure.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of professional engineering experience
- Knowledge of both process quality and product quality
- Experience with process quality tasks
- Business-level Japanese language proficiency
- Problem-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read code and assist engineers in identifying bug causes
Nice-to-haves
- Knowledge or experience with AWS services (Amazon Aurora, Elastic Cache, ECS, ECR, ALB, AWS Batch, API Gateway, Lambda)
- Experience implementing GraphQL and gRPC with Go
- Foundational knowledge of software engineering (DDD, Layered Architecture, Clean Architecture)
- Experience in the medical/caregiving field or interest in related social issues
- Development experience in at least two of Go, React, or ReactNative (personal projects included)

Salary: 5,000,000 - 7,200,000 JPY per year (Monthly base: 416,600 - 600,000 JPY). Includes 30 hours of estimated overtime pay. Trial period of 0-6 months possible.
