Join AEON Smart Technology as a Scrum Master to drive the digital transformation of Asia's retail industry. You will be part of the team developing the "iAEON" app, a comprehensive total app for the AEON Group, and contribute to the DX of store systems and group-wide IT solutions.
Must-haves
- Over 2 years of experience supporting development teams using Scrum (as Scrum Master or equivalent)
- Experience facilitating Scrum events and driving improvements from retrospectives
- Experience collaborating with development teams, POs, and stakeholders to solve issues
- Strong will and motivation to prioritize delivering value to users
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Scrum in multi-team environments (e.g., LeSS)
- Agile coaching or organizational improvement experience
- Experience managing backlogs using tools like Jira
- Development/implementation experience (any language/years)
- Understanding of the mobile app lifecycle (planning to operations)
- Experience with service operations in a team that handles development to operations (DevOps)
- Relevant Scrum certifications (CSM, CSPO, LSM, LSPO)
- Experience using AI for work efficiency and skill creation

Work style
Hybrid remote with full flex-time (core hours not specified). Meeting times and frequency of office visits are determined in consultation with the team and manager. Smoking is prohibited during work hours and on premises.
Other notes
Annual salary: ¥6,800,000 - ¥12,000,000. Probationary period: 3 months (same conditions apply).
