The Information Systems Department is seeking a System Development Engineer to work on web and open systems. You will be involved in the entire product lifecycle, from planning and design to construction and operation of services like "Benefit Station" and "Hapirus". Must-haves
- 5+ years of experience in Java (Spring Boot) for web system development (backend)
- 5+ years of experience in TypeScript & Vue.js for frontend system development (frontend)
- Hands-on development experience is highly valued
Nice-to-haves
- 3+ years of experience developing commercial web systems or maintaining/operating web applications for a business company
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Leader in prime or first-contract roles
- Experience in development using Java, Python, or C# (Python or C# alone is not sufficient)
- Experience from requirements definition to integrated testing
- Experience with development using AWS managed services
- Experience developing/operating authentication technologies (OAuth2 etc.), Open API, REST API
- Experience with SQL and RDB
- Experience with microservice architecture design, and interface design/development with external systems

Work style
Hybrid work up to 2 days per week (depending on business situation). Location: Tokyo (Shinjuku Park Tower, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo). Flextime available (core time 10:00-15:00).
Other notes
Salary: Monthly 290,000 - 520,000 JPY, Annual 5,000,000 - 8,000,000 JPY. Includes fixed overtime pay (50,000 JPY/month for 20-30 hours); excess hours paid separately. May be hired as a management supervisor, in which case fixed overtime pay does not apply.
