Work style
Hybrid work (up to 2 days remote per week, depending on business situation). Locations: Tokyo, Niigata, Nagano. Standard working hours: 9:00-17:30, with flextime available (core hours 10:00-15:00).
Other notes
Annual salary: 8,000,000 - 12,000,000 JPY. Monthly salary: 520,000 - 850,000 JPY. May be hired as a management supervisor, in which case the fixed overtime system does not apply. Salary revisions: once a year (June). Bonuses: twice a year (June, December). Probationary period: 3 months.
