Benefit One is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to lead the internal development of external attack monitoring and initial response functions. This role will be part of the Security Department, responsible for protecting the company's services and customer data, and will operate the SOC (Security Operation Center) to detect attack signs, analyze logs, and manage vulnerabilities.
Hybrid: Up to 2 days remote per week (depending on business situation). Location: Tokyo (Shinjuku). Flextime available (core hours 10:00-15:00).
Annual salary: 8,000,000 - 12,000,000 JPY. Monthly salary: 520,000 - 850,000 JPY. May be hired as a management supervisor, in which case fixed overtime pay does not apply. Salary revisions: Annually (June). Bonuses: Twice a year (June, December). Probationary period: 3 months (no change in treatment).
