We are seeking an engineer to drive business process reform (BPR) using IT, including RPA and AI, to improve efficiency and automation within Benefit One and its group companies. You will act as a bridge between IT and business operations, supporting cross-departmental improvement projects.
Hybrid: Up to 2 days remote work per week, depending on business needs. Location: Tokyo (Shinjuku Park Tower).
Salary: 6,000,000 - 8,000,000 JPY per year. Includes fixed overtime pay. May be offered as a management position based on experience. Full-time employee. Probationary period: 3 months.
