We are seeking an engineer to drive business process reform (BPR) using IT to improve internal and external operational efficiency and automation. You will act as a bridge between IT and business operations, supporting cross-departmental improvement projects with innovative ideas.
Hybrid, up to 2 days remote per week (depending on business situation). Location: Tokyo (Shinjuku Park Tower). Flextime available (core hours 10:00-15:00).
Annual salary: 6,000,000 - 8,000,000 JPY. Includes fixed overtime pay (20-30 hours/month). May be offered as a management position. Salary revisions: once a year (June). Bonuses: twice a year (June, December). Probationary period: 3 months.
