Benefit One is seeking a Programmer/System Engineer to develop, operate, and maintain web services for their employee benefits and healthcare services. This role involves system requirement definition, development, operation, and maintenance, with opportunities to take on PL or PM responsibilities based on experience.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of experience in Java web system development (server-side/backend)
- Must be willing to work onsite in Nagano

- Experience in project management/leadership for prime/first-receiving projects (3+ years)
- Development experience with Kotlin or Python
- Frontend development experience with TypeScript/JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue.js)

Work style
Hybrid (up to 2 days remote work per week possible), Onsite in Nagano. Flextime available (core hours 10:00-15:00).

Salary: Monthly 200,000 - 350,000 JPY / Annual 3,500,000 - 6,000,000 JPY (includes fixed overtime pay for 4-6 hours/month, exceeding hours paid separately). Salary based on experience and ability.
