Tebiki is seeking a Tech Lead to drive the development of their manufacturing industry SaaS product, "tebiki Genba Bunseki". You will convert product strategy into technical strategy, lead development, and make key technical decisions to accelerate product delivery and team growth.
Must-haves
- Web application development experience
- Experience leading a development team (Tech Lead, Lead Engineer, or similar)
- Experience making technical decisions impacting the entire product (architecture, tech selection)
- Experience driving projects with ownership in frontend, backend, or infrastructure
- Agile or Scrum experience
- Full professional proficiency in Japanese
Nice-to-haves
- Development experience with React/TypeScript or Ruby on Rails
- GraphQL API design/operation experience

Work style
