As a core member of the in-house system development project, you will be involved in a wide range of tasks from requirements definition to implementation. This role is in a lean, elite team focused on maximizing team performance and fostering growth together. You will develop next-generation internal systems to accelerate the company's growth, moving away from kintone management.
Remote work possible up to 2 days per week. Onsite location: 15F & 21F, Garden Place Tower, 4-20-3 Ebisu, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo 150-6015.
Annual salary range: \4,500,000 - \11,000,000. Includes 2 months bonus. Fixed overtime allowance of 40 hours/month included in monthly salary. Full-time employee. Trial period: 6 months.
