A2Z is looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of new AI-powered HR tech products from 0 to 1. You will work closely with business, engineering, and marketing teams to define product strategy, build prototypes, and iterate based on user feedback.
Must-haves
- Experience in product development for web services or SaaS products.
- Experience driving product development from requirements definition to release as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Engineer.
- Experience collaborating with engineers, designers, and business members on specification design and prioritization.
- Experience starting from user needs to formulate, validate, and improve hypotheses.
- Ability to understand technical constraints and implementation plans to engage in detailed discussions with engineers.
- Ability to organize issues and move forward in a highly uncertain 0-to-1 phase.
- Ability to consider product prioritization with business growth and user acquisition in mind.
Nice-to-haves
- Practical experience as an engineer.
- Knowledge of HR Tech, the HR domain, SaaS, or platform services.
