Must-haves
- Experience in designing and developing web/business systems.
- Development experience using Python or Java.
- Basic knowledge of MLOps/AI platforms.
- Basic knowledge of prompt engineering.
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of frontend libraries/frameworks.
- Problem-solving skills using AI/Big Data (analysis design, strategy planning, effect verification).

- Communication skills to explain complex topics to non-engineers.
- Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or Master's degree with over 5 years of work experience.

Salary: Monthly 489,000 JPY - 635,000 JPY. Annual salary range: 9,000,000 JPY - 13,500,000 JPY. Bonus paid 3 times a year (March, June, December).
