As a Development Lead Engineer for freee IT Management, you will be responsible for the growth of the IT management product. This includes front-end and server-side development, planning, and collaboration with the business side. You are expected to deepen your domain understanding and eventually contribute to product roadmap planning and customer interviews to solve business challenges.

Must-haves

Experience in both front-end and server-side development
Experience in planning, design, implementation, testing, measurement, and improvement of products
Experience in developing API integration functions and integration platforms with external SaaS and other freee services
Experience in developing AI-powered business process automation features
Experience in infrastructure and mobile (e.g., React Native) development
Collaboration with sales and Product Managers (PdM) to gather customer needs and reflect them in the product
