We are seeking a leader to establish and drive a next-generation SRE organization focused on AI-driven operations and infrastructure. This role involves pioneering the integration of Generative AI with SRE practices for autonomous system recovery, a rare and cutting-edge field. You will be a core member of a newly formed SRE Section, defining its culture and mechanisms from scratch while managing massive social infrastructure.
Must-haves
- Practical experience in infrastructure, network, or system operations (any years)
- Experience in AI development or development using AI tools
- Active use of AI tools or strong interest in them
- Logical thinking ability (ability to structure and pseudocode complex operational procedures)
- Improvement consciousness from a Product Management (PM) perspective
Nice-to-haves
- Practical experience including design and operation in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure domains
- Basic knowledge of cloud environments such as AWS/GCP
- Programming language experience
- Possession of Fundamental Information Technology Engineer Examination or higher qualifications
- Habit of document creation and knowledge sharing using tools like Notion

Flextime system (Core time: 09:30 - 15:30) in Shibuya, Tokyo. Onsite work is implied by the detailed work location.

Monthly salary: ¥250,000 - ¥500,000. Trial period of 3 months with same conditions. Commuting expenses paid in full. Health Insurance, Employees' Pension Insurance, Employment Insurance, Industrial Accident Insurance enrollment.
