Must-haves
- Experience in information security (risk assessment, ISMS, incident response, etc.) OR privacy (PMS, personal information handling, etc.)
- Experience coordinating with stakeholders to complete tasks by deadlines
- Experience using SaaS tools like Google Workspace, Slack, or Notion
- Understanding of IT, cloud, and SaaS concepts
- Experience using generative AI for research, summarization, or document creation, and verifying its output
- Ability to identify necessary information and consult/escalate appropriately even in unestablished situations
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with ISMS/PMS operations, SaaS/AI evaluation, customer security checks, or incident response
- Experience creating/improving regulations, procedures, FAQs, templates, or ledgers
- Experience driving business improvements or projects involving multiple departments
- Experience with Privacy Impact Assessments or Privacy by Design
- Familiarity with NIST CSF, CIS Controls, ISO/IEC 27001/27701
- Knowledge of public cloud, web applications, networks, or identity management

Work style
Onsite in Tokyo (Minato-ku), with flexible working hours (core time 11:00-15:30). Other company-designated locations may also be possible.
Other notes
Salary range: Monthly 483,000 - 750,000 JPY (Annual 6,000,000 - 10,000,000 JPY). Bonus twice a year. Full social insurance coverage. Company provides support for book purchases, seminar fees, club activities, and team building.
