Timee is seeking a senior specialist to lead and establish company-wide security and privacy governance mechanisms. This role is crucial for business continuity, user protection, and maintaining social trust as the company expands its services like the "Timee" gig work app.
Must-haves
- Proven track record of solving complex challenges in at least one specialized area.
- Experience structuring ambiguous, cross-departmental issues and defining action plans.
- Experience gaining consensus with stakeholders with conflicting interests to establish policies or processes.
- Experience supporting decision-making for management or executives by organizing facts, risks, and options.
- Expertise in one or more of the following: GRC, Business Security Partner, company-wide governance design, privacy, incident response/resilience, or product security/cloud.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience building cross-departmental governance in large (1000+ employees), listed, or high-growth IT/web companies.
- Experience designing controls and responsibility boundaries for group companies, new businesses, or M&A.
- Practical application of frameworks like NIST CSF, CIS Controls, ISO/IEC 27001/27701, or NIST Privacy Framework.
- Experience developing, reviewing, and mentoring team members or specialists.
- Experience integrating generative AI/AI agents into business processes.
- Possession of certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or privacy-related qualifications.

Other notes
Annual salary range: JPY 9,000,000 - 13,000,000. Monthly salary: JPY 690,000 - 920,900. Bonus twice a year.
