Must-haves
- 3+ years of experience in security consulting or as a security 담당자 (personnel) in a company.
- Experience as a project leader or in project management, involving external stakeholders.
- Experience developing commercial software as a software engineer using Python, JavaScript, or equivalent technologies.
- Experience developing commercial software utilizing LLMs.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience building and operating AI agents in a commercial environment.
- Experience providing on-site support at client locations.
- Experience in security consulting for large enterprises.
- Experience working in a startup or similarly fast-paced environment and enjoying it.
- Understanding of and experience with security guidelines like ISO and NIST.

Other notes
Annual salary: 12,000,000 - 18,000,000 JPY. Includes 45 hours of fixed overtime per month, with additional pay for exceeding this. Stock options available. 6-month trial period with no changes to conditions.
