Must-haves
- Experience as a Project Manager completing system development projects
- 5+ years of system development experience (design to operation)
- 6+ months of continuous experience coding with LLMs (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Codex)

- PM experience in client-contracted development (requirements adjustment, estimation, acceptance)
- Experience developing business systems (core systems, sales management, production management, inventory/purchasing, billing)
- Experience with legacy system replacement and data migration
- Experience completing development independently (freelance, personal projects)
- Industry knowledge in civil engineering, construction, or manufacturing
- Experience in startups during scaling or transformation phases
