As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), you will be responsible for structuring customer business challenges, designing, implementing, and deploying solutions, and feeding insights back into the product. You will implement customer-specific configurations and logic on a common product builder, rather than writing separate code for each customer.
Must-haves
- Experience structuring customer business challenges, designing, implementing, and deploying solutions.
- Experience implementing customer-specific configurations and logic on a common product builder.
- Experience with AI prompt/skill design and tuning.
- Experience integrating with customer systems.
- Experience taking solutions from Proof of Concept (PoC) to production.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience as an FDE is not required.
- Backgrounds in Solution Architecture, Technical Product Management, Pre-sales, SIer, or consulting firms are welcome.
- Experience in logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, government, or education industries.
- Experience handling both physical and software aspects of solutions.
