This position is responsible for designing and building the system infrastructure that supports AI, LLM, real-time communication, and other technologies, driving the growth and scalability of multiple products from a technical perspective. You will lead the overall business growth through architecture design and infrastructure development.

A robust and flexible system infrastructure is essential to establish business growth and competitive advantage. Therefore, we are seeking a Platform Engineer who can take charge of the overall system architecture and demonstrate technical leadership.
# Why Platform Engineering?
While IVRy will continue to evolve its product that solves customer tasks through voice interaction, we are also planning to launch multiple new products that utilize unstructured "business communication data."
To accelerate product development quickly and safely in the future, many technical challenges related to platform engineering will arise, such as development environment scalability, product security, LLM Ops, and data engineering.
Examples of current challenges include:
- How should common modules (authentication, payment, etc.) be designed across multiple products?
- How can developers and staff safely handle sensitive data (personal data)?
- What kind of development environment allows for a fast product development cycle when generative AI is assumed for development?
We are looking for a leader who can not only address these challenges but also proactively identify major technical issues that may arise in the future of the business, even those we haven't foreseen yet, and pave the way for the future through platform development.

- Log Infrastructure: Construction of a common infrastructure for log collection, analysis, and monitoring across products
## Support for Multi-Product Deployment
- Establishment of common infrastructure for rapid and efficient development and operation of multiple products

- Solving challenges related to the scalability and maintainability of existing systems

# Required Skills/Experience
- 3+ years of practical experience in designing, building, and operating common service infrastructure
- Practical experience in development and operation using cloud platforms (especially AWS)

- Experience in introducing microservice architecture and service segmentation
- Experience in designing and building CI/CD pipelines
- Experience demonstrating technical leadership, such as CTO or head of a technology department
- Experience in designing and implementing authentication and authorization systems

- Experience in developing and operating systems related to telephone communication, such as SIP
