Seeking a Lead Engineer/Tech Lead to drive AI solution development and social implementation using cutting-edge AI technologies like image recognition and edge AI. You will guide clients with technical expertise and contribute to strengthening internal technical capabilities.
Must-haves
- Development experience using Python and PyTorch for image recognition models.
- Practical experience in edge optimization and deployment (quantization, TensorRT, ONNX Runtime, etc.).
- Experience building operational pipelines (camera input/output, preprocessing with OpenCV/GStreamer).
- Project/team lead experience in AI development (requirements definition, design, management).
- Team development experience using Git.
- Experience in technical communication and proposals with sales teams and clients.
- Business-level Japanese (N1 recommended) and English reading/writing skills for technology updates.
Nice-to-haves
- Knowledge and development experience in image processing.
- Experience utilizing and evaluating VLM.
- Experience in deploying and operating machine learning models (MLOps).
- Knowledge and operational experience with container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Performance tuning and optimization in C++/CUDA.
- Ability to follow and apply the latest research papers and technical trends.
