AltPlus is seeking a Project Manager to lead new service development projects at the intersection of Entertainment and Technology. You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from planning to release, shaping services alongside the team. This role offers opportunities to work on diverse projects, including those with third-party IPs and contract work, with potential for advancement to a department manager role.
Hybrid work model, primarily remote with at least one in-office day per week per project. Location: Sunshine 60 45F, 3-1-1 Higashi-Ikebukuro, Toshima-ku, Tokyo. Flextime system with a base of 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Estimated annual salary: 8,000,000 - 12,000,000 JPY (includes estimated overtime pay for 30 hours/month). Salary determined by experience and abilities. Probationary period: 3 months.
