ANDPAD is seeking founding members for its new SI Development Department to lead enterprise implementations. You will act as a technical bridge, managing everything from requirements definition to implementation for large enterprise clients.
Must-haves
- Experience in system development and implementation at SI vendors or contract development companies
- Experience in upstream processes (customer negotiation, requirements definition, detailed design)
- Willingness to learn Ruby on Rails and Go
- Live coding test during selection process (language not specified)

- Experience integrating with external systems

Salary is negotiable and determined individually. Includes a fixed overtime allowance for 45 hours per month.
