ContractS is seeking a Full-stack Engineer to act as a Tech Lead Candidate. You will lead product development, contribute to frontend and backend implementation, and drive architectural design and process improvements for ContractS CLM, Japan's leading Contract Lifecycle Management system.
Must-haves
- 5+ years of experience in developing and operating business web applications
- Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum)
- Experience in decision-making and team leadership as a technical lead
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical strategies
Nice-to-haves
- Experience designing/operating cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Experience with database design and operation (RDB, NoSQL)
- Practical experience with Vue3/Nuxt3
- Experience designing/implementing REST APIs
- Experience building test automation and CI/CD pipelines
- Basic understanding of Clean Architecture and Onion Architecture
- Experience with Domain-Driven Design and domain modeling

Work style
Flextime system (core hours 11:00 - 16:00) in Tokyo or Nagano.
Other notes
Annual Salary: 7,500,000 - 11,000,000 JPY. Includes a fixed overtime allowance equivalent to 40 hours. Reviewed twice annually. Full-time employee. Probationary period of 6 months with no changes to salary or conditions.
