Credit Engine is expanding its financial DX services, including online lending and debt collection systems, as a subsidiary of PayPay Corporation. They are seeking passionate Data Analysts to leverage data and technology to redefine lending decision-making processes and drive business growth.
Must-haves
- Practical experience in data extraction and processing using SQL or similar tools, linked to business challenges.
- Experience in analysis, model building, and verification using Python (pandas, scikit-learn, etc.) or equivalent.
- Experience explaining analysis results to non-technical stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in data analysis or model operation in credit, finance, payment, or risk management.
- Experience in business improvement using statistical methods (hypothesis testing, regression, classification).
- Experience in production operation of machine learning models (monitoring, retraining, rule adjustments).
- Experience applying Generative AI (LLM, prompt design, RAG) to business operations.
- Experience managing analysis code and deliverables using Git.

Work style
Full flex time (05:00-22:00, no core hours), 8 hours/day. Can work remotely or from the Fukuoka office (4-21-26 Hakataekimae, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City).
Other notes
Annual salary: 6,000,000 - 12,000,000 JPY. Overtime work is required and will be paid separately. Probationary period of 1 month with no difference in conditions. Transportation expenses paid separately.
