We are a growing cybersecurity vendor seeking an SRE Manager Candidate to build world-class security services. You will manage the SRE organization, promote reliability improvements, standardize observability, and automate operations.
Must-haves
- Experience leading SRE, Infrastructure, Platform, or DevOps operations and improvements.
- Experience designing and operating cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Practical experience in incident response (failure recovery, root cause analysis, recurrence prevention).
- Experience designing and improving monitoring systems (metrics, logs, alerts).
- Experience promoting IaC (Terraform) and automation (CI/CD, operational automation).
- Communication skills to build consensus and prioritize execution.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience establishing SRE practices like SLO/SLI and error budgets.
- Experience operating Kubernetes and microservices.
- Experience or strong interest in the security domain.
- Performance/capacity design and load testing experience.
- FinOps (cost optimization) experience.
- Programming experience (Python, Go, TypeScript).
- Team lead experience.

Work style
Hybrid work (3 days office, 2 days remote). Office located at JR Tokyu Meguro Building 13F, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo. Flextime system (7:00-21:30, no core hours).
Other notes
Annual salary: 8,000,000 - 15,000,000 JPY. Full-time employee only. Probationary period: 3 months.
